            Delegate Pushkin moves to amend SB3001 HFA Householder 7-28 on page 10, Section 1, line 15 following the word “child” by striking out the period, inserting a colon and the following proviso: “Provided, That an organization that is designated as a 501(c)(4) nonprofit organization is not eligible to be designated a pregnancy help organization.”;

            And,

            On page 10, Section 1, line 17, following the word “Program” by striking out the period, inserting a colon and the following proviso: “Provided, That an organization that is designated as a 501(c)(4) nonprofit organization is not eligible to be designated a management agency.”.
